I practice medicine as a Physician Assistant in Santa Cruz, California. My approach includes a strong emphasis on nutrition and preventive health care.  Keeping people healthy is my primary goal. I have treated thousands of people over the years but my greatest learning brings me back to what I have always known: Prevention is the best medicine.

For the past 9 years I have been a care partner for my mother as she lives out her life with Alzheimer’s disease. From her, I have learned the art of caring. I also work with the Alzheimer’s Association as an advocate and a volunteer.

Resiliency and rejuvenation is found through a regular practice of yoga and meditation; a great love of water and for outdoor adventures of any type.
